A wee bit about our history...
The Scallion was born with one goal in mind—create a space in Glasgow’s West End where great food, proper pints, and good times come together naturally. What started as a local pub quickly grew into a local favourite, known for its warm welcome, stone-baked pizzas, and packed entertainment lineup. We didn’t set out to win awards—we just focused on doing things right, and the recognition followed.
Over the years, we’ve stayed true to our roots: locally sourced ingredients, made-from-scratch cooking, and genuine hospitality. From quiet lunches and first dates to lively Saturday nights and legendary Sunday roasts, The Scallion has become more than just a pub—it’s a part of the West End story.
